First Friday Freebie #28

It’s June the 1st already and coincidently, the First Friday of the month as well!  Where does the time go?

By now you all know that two of my favorite things to make and collect are needle cases and pincushions…and you can never have too many of either one!  Right?

Last month’s FFF was a needle case so can you guess what I designed this month?   You’re absolutely right if you guessed a pincushion.  I’m so predictable!

Here is Needles and Pins.

All of the elements that I used in the design were found in my own studio as you can see from the photo below.

This month’s FFF works up relatively quickly so you just might want to consider making more than one to use for gift giving.

Enjoy!

  6. Kaaren, thank you for such a cute design. In the past I could never bring myself to use an embroidered pin cushion for fear of stabbing the stitches! As a pin-free cushion, this design is too cute not to stitch :) Happy crafting, Jenny
