Colonial Christmas Sampler Finishes

Wow!  These gals are fast!  It’ll be two weeks on Friday since I released my A Colonial Christmas Sampler FFF (First Friday Freebie) and two speedy gals have already completed theirs.

First is Miche’le  (not a typo)  from New Zealand.  Don’t you just love the way she made it her own by adding a mitered border?

Michele's Colonial Christmas Sampler

Then there’s Julie from the USA.  Julie plans to give hers to her son and daughter-in-law as this is their first Christmas together as a married couple.

What a wonderful keepsake gift.  Now that truly does make my heart sing!

Great job gals and thanks for sharing!

Next month’s is already done and will be available on December 4th, the First Friday of December.  It’s a design that I adapted from one of my paintings and I think you’ll like it.

Happy Stitching!

Kaaren ♥

  3. I love both of the finished samplers. The one with the miters looked almost like it was in a picture frame when I first looked at it. Yes, those are 2 speedy stitchers. You are a talented designer! ~Karen

  6. The stitchery with the mitered border, at first glance I thought it was in a picture frame. Both stitcheries are nicely done.

(p.s. what looks like a typo is supposed to be a grave accent but I can't find one on the computer :(
