Hi everyone!
Thanks to your astuteness, you’ve made me aware that I forgot to include the layout diagram for Block 4 in my initial PDF file so I’m including it in this post. In the interim, I’ve amended the original post and PDF to include the diagram. I think that maybe I’ve packed some of my brain cells in one of the boxes but I’m not sure which one so please accept my apologies.
Please click HERE and a new shift of cyber faeries will take you back to PDF land in order that you may download the ‘stray’ page. *sigh*
Getting old is bad enough…but getting old and having to pack for a long distance move is kinda taking me over the top. Sorry!
Happy stitching!
Kaaren ♥
Thought it was only my document that was a bit funny. I did however notice that there are two pictures that were "assigned" to one page. I managed to select and copy the "hidden" picture (aka the diagram), and paste it in Word. Thus I have all the pages, reference and such.

Thinking of you, and your big move. Most of us downsize, but you go big girl! Up early today, looking after grandkids, take care
ReplyDeleteI can relate to your big move-we did that when I retired end of 2003 pack up a mini farm and moved just about everything from northern Illinois to little past the middle of Missouri into the woods in the ozarks. We needed to do alot of construction and redos-which are still in the middle of.
ReplyDeletebut I love where we are now so try not to fret the small stuff and just enjoy our surroundings
Thank you Kaaren for takeing time for this in the middle of your move! Now I know how to arrange my bits for the October block.
ReplyDeleteNo problem. We all forget things sometimes and right now you are in a major pack and move.
ReplyDeleteI must admit I didn't know the missing page. I have too much WIP that I just downloaded and saved the file! Thanks Kaaren . Hugs
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all the packing and the big move, Kaaren! Exciting times!! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Karen, I hope it is allright that I come along with your Raggedy & Friends. I love your pattern.
ReplyDeleteLove from Karin
You will make it Kaaren! And when you are all settled into your new place, you will know that it was worth the effort. I am SOOO happy for you. It will be worth it, believe me :-)

ReplyDeleteThank you Kaaren!
ReplyDeleteWish I was your neighbor and could pop over to help pack a box or two or bring dinner. Lots of work but oh what a happy ending in your beautiful new home.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kaaren for another lovely block.
ReplyDeleteKaaren, not sure what is going on, but when I try to print off this months block, I get something about a fax. We do not have fax and I cannot figure out how to get around it. I have not had this trouble with the other 3 blocks. I hope someone can help me, because I really love this quilt. Good luck with your move. Looks like a lovely house you are moving to. Winona
ReplyDeleteNever mind Kaaren. I figured it out. All printed off and ready to start. Sorry about that. Winona
ReplyDeleteMy gosh Kaaren, I can't imagine myself packing up for a move like that. We have lived in this house for 32 years and have been trying to do some 'purging' of things that we have just accumulated over time...it is overwhelming! Taking things to the Good Will or offering them up to whoever wants or needs them is one thing. But trying to pack up for a move is an entirely frightening thought! I would be losing more than a few brain cells in those boxes, LOL. Hoping all goes smoothly for you through this transition. Keeping you in thoughts and prayers. Thank you for another wonderful Annie pattern. Hugs...
ReplyDeleteThanks hon and not to worry - you have SO much to do!!! Don't forget to take chocolate breaks, ok??
ReplyDeleteKaaren, hate to bother you, but when I printed off block 4 the friends block prints out 4 1/2 by 6 1/2 but the block on the diagram is 4 1/2 by 8 1/2. The other block printed out just fine. Am I missing something someplace? Am finished with the first 3 blocks and want to get this months ready to take with us. Will be gone for a little over a week and will need something to work on. Am enjoying doing these so very much and Thank You.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I want to thank you for this INCREDIBLE BOM!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been on your site a couple times and briefly scanned your posts.... little did I realize that you were not only Canadian BUT am moving even closer to me!!!
PLUS, you were almost LITERALLY in my back yard!!! I live in Saint John, New Brunswick.... 'bout 3 kilometers from the Digby ferry!!!
Anyhow, welcome to the Maritimes - hope your move is smoother than the trip you had, on the Bay of Fundy! *grin*

Thanks for all you do for us, Kaaren! How exciting for you to have the ultimate recycling project! I'm jealous!!
ReplyDeleteFinding your blog today is like a trip down memorie lane. Not only do I love Ann & Andy...when I was a painter I loved your design books. Glad I found you and can't wait to get started stitching your designs.
ReplyDeleteMoving is a lot of work, we can't remember everything. Love watching this quilt.
