Hi Kaaren, gosh your veges look great and your new 'girls' are producing well! When I got my 1st lot of chooks they were 'araucanas' lovely smokey grey/lilac colour and they lay 'blue' eggs! very light in colour so when i got new ones it was lovely to get big brown eggs! As it is winter here they are off the lay except one but i haven't had to buy any as yet. hope it's good news for you . sue~n.z.

I just want 3 females to lay eggs for us. Everyone thinks I am crazy. We do not live out in the country but I think we are allowed to have them in the county.
