First Friday Freebie #8…A Day Early!

Since we’re leaving later this afternoon to spend a couple of days in and around the Syracuse, NY area, I’m going to share my April First Friday Freebie with you a day early.  I’m not sure whether we’ll be able to pick up a wireless signal where we’re going, so I’m going to air on the side of caution and pretend that today is tomorrow.

When I was working on the sketches for my Annie & Friends quilt, I worked up this sketch and decided to use it as an FFF design rather than incorporate it into the quilt.  You’ll notice as well that I used only scraps that were leftover after piecing the quilt.

So, without further ado, may I present…

Stitching Annie Photo

I incorporated the Stitching Annie design into a cover for a 3-ringed binder to hold all of my FFF patterns, notes and sketches.  In this way, I can store everything in one place and try to stay organized.  This is the first month were I’m giving you the line drawing, photo and stitching instructions only.  I’m not including the instructions on how to make the binder cover, my reason being is that most of you will probably find other uses as to how you’d like to use the design.

Click HERE to download the PDF file for the Stitching Annie design.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Here’s what it looks like on the inside.

And with the pages inserted…

If you’d like,  please grab the First Friday Freebie button (by right clicking and saving) from my sidebar and place it on your sidebar with a link  back here in order for us to share it with those who might not otherwise find their way here.  The button will also serve as a reminder that on the First Friday of each month there will be another new Freebie design available for you to enjoy.

At this time, please allow me to wish you all a Happy Easter and Passover.

I hope that you all have a safe and wonderful weekend.

Happy Stitching!

Oh my gosh I think this is my favorite so far - Kaaren this is absolutely darling and I love how you used it! What a great idea and I think I'll do that too. She just has the sweetest expression and reminds me of my beloved Annie doll from childhood - I gave her to a little girl who didn't have any toys.

I hope you have a safe and happy trip and a very blessed Easter - thank you so much for this gift!
